All products sold by Puremuscleox are digital downloads, including PDF guides and printable reference materials. No physical items are shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product files have been delivered to your email address. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- The product file was not delivered within five business days of confirmed payment
- The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same product
